How do I join a challenge?
Open the invite link someone shared with you, or go to Challenges → Join with code and enter the code (it looks like BAU-XXXXXX). You can join yourself and any family profiles in one go.
Can my kids take part without an email address?
Yes - add family profiles from Profile → My family (just a name and an emoji). You check in for them from your account, and each keeps their own streaks.
I forgot to check in yesterday - can I log it late?
No - check-ins are today-only, which keeps the game fair for everyone. Yesterday counts as missed, but a missed day never deletes your progress. Fresh start today!
How do daily reminders work?
Enable them in Profile → Push reminders, and pick your reminder time. We only nudge you when someone in your family still has an unlogged check-in. On iPhone, add BAU to your home screen first.
How do I delete my account?
Profile → Delete account. It removes everything - profile, family profiles, check-ins, and challenges you created - permanently.
